Quick Start Guide
This Quick Start Guide provides you instructions on how to setup your Ozeki Bulk Messenger Studio quickly to test all of its main functionality: bulk SMS, bulk e-mail, automated voice calls and Twitter connection.
The basics are easy. You just need to add an address book which contain the destination addresses. Then add a message you would like to send to these addresses through a connection channel. For defining this channel you also need to add a connection. The connection is basicly the direction where the SMS messages, e-mails or phone calls leave Ozeki Bulk Messenger and are sent out to the outside world. You can finally start your first Ozeki Bulk Messenger job if you combine these 3 basic elements: address book, content and connection.
We are going to talk about the basic steps in a more detailed way if you follow this Quick Start Guide. In case you specificly know what you are looking for we have also made specific guides for bulk SMS, bulk e-mail, automated voice calls or Twitter connection.
Step 1 - Add an address book
Click on the 'Quick Start' tab and choose 'Step 1 - Address books' (Figure 1)

Then click on 'Create new address book' so you can choose to write a standard address book in Ozeki Bulk Messenger or to import an address book from outside sources like an Excel spreadsheet (.XLSX, .CSV), txt file or from an online database (SQL or LDAP). Figure 2 shows you the options from which you can choose.

Step 2 - Write a message or create an audio content
Click on the 'Quick Start' tab and choose 'Step 2 - Messages' (Figure 3)
Figure 3 - Select 'Step 2 - Messages'Then click on 'Create new content' and choose the type of content you would like to create. This content can be an E-mail, SMS or audio file (Figure 4).

Step 3 - Add a connection
Click on the 'Quick Start' tab and choose 'Step 3 - Connections' (Figure 5)
Figure 5 - Select 'Step 3 - Connections'Then click on 'Create new connection' and decide which type of connection you would like to create. Telephone, E-mail, SMS or Twitter. (Figure 6)

Step 4 - Create a job and run it
Finally select 'Step 4 - Send' in order to create a message delivery job. (Figure 7)

Jobs are used for sending out bulk content to addresses in an address book through a connection channel you have prevously defined. If you successfully completed the first 3 steps then adding a job should be easy. You just have to combine an address book, a content and a connection and finally run the job by clicking the green 'Start' button. (Figure 8 and 9)
