Quick Start Guide - PBX

In a business, communication is one of the most important things. Fast and easy communication means better work enviroment and more effective work in general. This tutorial will help you to implement a phone system to your business,regardless of its size. Here, with the Phone System app of Ozeki 10, you will learn how to set up a phone system by creating some extensions such as SIP phones or services like VR. You will also learn how to connect your system to the public telephone network. This will take you about 1-2 hours but it requires no knowledge of telephone networks, because we present it ot you as a step-by-step guide. So do not waste any more time.

Step 1: Download and install Ozeki 10

To use your local network, you will need a PBX, that can control these telephones. Ozeki 10 PBX is a great solution to do this task. To Install Ozeki 10 PBX, all you need to do is log in to the Ozeki 10 desktop, and from the store, choose "Phone System" and click on "Let's take a look".

When you open the Phone System tab, you will see some informations about the app. Here, you can get an idea about how our software works. To proceed, please press the blue "Install" button.

When you press the blue button, our installer will automatically download and setup your software. After the installation is finished, you will see a green "Open" button. If you click on it, you will see the "Extensions" panel.

After you clicked the "Open" button, you will see the Phone Systems main screen. Now you are free to use every aspect of our product.
